Collection: We have a number of garments in our collection - India's largest collection of authentic designer wear under one roof.
All-inclusive Price: Prices mentioned include Rental, Alteration, Deliver/Return. Even GST! Extended Duration, Customization, and Pre- delivery are optional extra charges.
Booking Confirmation: After booking, you'll get a confirmation call from your relationship manager.
Payment: We do not charge any advance payment. All payment should be made after delivery and successful trail. We wait for you to try before you pay.
Cancellation, Refund and Changes: You may cancel/change your order up to delivery and successful trail, there's no fee. In case you paid anything, it is refunded within 24 hours.
Fitting/Alteration: Assured by our stylist, who discusses size with you over call and make alteration notes. Alteration is done by us before garments are sent to you as it's free.
Security Deposit, Refund and Damages: Usually there's no security deposit but for damages you have to pay 20% value
